Hotel Operations Manager

Four Seasons is a world-renowned hospitality company that prides itself on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Our team members are the backbone of our success, and we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our operation team.
About the RoleWe're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Food and Beverage to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, fluent in both English and Spanish, and possess a deep understanding of hotel operations and management.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless execution of all aspects of the business.
- Attend and participate in all Planning Committee meetings and events, driving strategic decision-making and collaboration.
- Monitor and review daily revenue reports, labor reports, and monthly profit and loss statements, analyzing results and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular tours of the hotel, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to maintain high standards.
- Meet regularly with managers, supervisors, and non-management employees, fostering open communication and a positive work environment.
- Ensure all standards and policies are in place and enforced, maintaining the integrity of our brand.
- Collaborate with the F&B and marketing teams to elevate the culinary and mixology experiences within the community.
- Control capital expenditures, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to guidelines.
- Meet with the Human Resources Director to review staffing requests, morale, disciplinary situations, and hotel employee matters.
- Control expenses through active participation in all areas of hotel operation, driving profit improvement and efficiency.
- Ensure the facility is well-maintained from both housekeeping and engineering standpoints.
- Develop and implement profit improvement ideas, policies, and procedures with approval from the General Manager.
- Ensure all Four Seasons Hotel Policies and Procedures are followed.
- Assume authority of General Manager in their absence, responding to emergencies and ensuring guest and employee safety.
- Maintain a solid working relationship with Hotel Owners, participating in Owner's meetings and representing the hotel's interests.
- Personally meet and interact with guests, reviewing written comments and following up on any service issues or needs.
- Directly supervise the Director of Rooms and Director of Food and Beverage, providing guidance and support.
- Perform other tasks or projects assigned by the General Manager or Four Seasons Home Office.
We're looking for a candidate with:
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Spanish.
- A degree or equivalent experience in hotel operations and/or management, with 5-10 years of experience.
- Strong F&B background and experience.
