About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Luxury Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development and Prospecting
  • Identify and target key business partners to generate revenue and drive business growth.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts to ensure hotel budget and revenue targets are met.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
  • Utilize industry insights and market trends to inform sales decisions and drive revenue growth.
Prioritizing and Time Management
  • Effectively manage time and resources to prioritize sales activities and meet deadlines.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Sales Effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing relationships.
Requirements

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in luxury hotel sales or a related field.
  • Proven sales and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
