Job Title: Commercial Strategy Developer
About the Role:
We are seeking a Commercial Strategy Developer to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a Commercial Strategy Developer, you will be responsible for developing the commercial strategy for the Health Care category and influencing the category vision to drive category sales and a win-win proposition for the company and its commercial partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the P&G teams in all markets to understand customer needs and propose creative solutions.
- Promote the development of categories and strategic business focuses.
- Analyze and negotiate the exhibition spaces of each product for a key account through a structured Category Management process.
- Define the primary displays of the products on the shelves by defining the Category strategy and implementing objective and rational principles.

Job Qualifications:
- Experience (approximately 2-3 years) in Category Management in mass consumption industries.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing processes and operations.
- Achievement and customer orientation.
- Eligible to work in Colombia.
- Live in Bogotá.
