**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to lead our Key Account & Client Management programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to retain and strengthen client relationships.
  • Lead a team of commercial professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Design and execute strategies to ensure high-quality customer service and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders and external partners.
  • Develop and implement processes and policies to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**

  • 8-10 years of total experience in business management or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably as a regional manager or sales manager.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is desired.
