**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to lead our Key Account & Client Management programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to retain and strengthen client relationships.
- Lead a team of commercial professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Design and execute strategies to ensure high-quality customer service and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders and external partners.
- Develop and implement processes and policies to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
**Requirements**
- 8-10 years of total experience in business management or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably as a regional manager or sales manager.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is desired.
