Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to lead our Key Account & Client Management programs and policies. As a key member of our commercial team, you will provide strategic direction to retain and strengthen client relationships, implement programs and policies that drive business objectives, and inspire and lead a team of commercial professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Key Account & Client Management strategies to drive business growth and retention.
  • Design and implement processes and policies to ensure high-quality customer service and issue resolution.
  • Lead the successful deployment of Key Account & Client Management strategies across all client engagement activities.
  • Build strong relationships with senior business leaders and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Influence and challenge key stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of total experience in a commercial or business development role.
  • 3-6 years of experience as a regional manager, channel manager, or sales manager.
  • Solid experience leading a team of at least 4 people.
  • Solid experience in pharmacy channels required.
  • Fluent in English is desired for growth expectations.
