About the Role

Medtronic is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers, dealers, distributors, and sales personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical advice and guidance to customers, dealers, distributors, and sales personnel on product-related questions, issues, and problems.
  • Act as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and sales personnel to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments to provide accurate and timely support to customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Communications, or Technical Writing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Less than 1 year of administrative support and/or customer service experience in a professional corporate environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical insurance industries is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as business needs dictate.

  • Self-motivated with proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work with diverse groups and personalities, both virtually and in person.
