Job Title: IT Support Professional - Technical Solutions Expert

Location: Colombia Remote

Salary: $2,500,000 COP per year

Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level contact and troubleshooting to clients, managing technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of support requests.

This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing technical solutions to complex problems, and will be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide first-level contact and solutions to clients' technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
  2. Evaluate and escalate unresolved queries to higher-level support when necessary.
  3. Track, follow up, and redirect problems to the appropriate resources.
  4. Maintain accurate customer data and prepare detailed activity reports.
  5. Guide clients through troubleshooting processes and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
  6. Follow up with clients, provide feedback, and take ownership of issues until resolution.
  7. Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
  8. Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of all issues.
  9. Recommend process improvements and contribute to enhancing support operations.
  10. Continuously update and expand knowledge of support procedures, products, and services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an IT Support or Help Desk Technician.
  2. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  4. Familiarity with IT service management systems and ticketing tools.
  5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  6. Team-oriented and committed to continuous learning.
