About the Role
As a Technical Support Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance. You'll work to resolve customer technical requests or issues via voice and chat services, including chat, text, email, social media, and direct messaging. Your passion for technology and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences will shine through in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers via voice and chat channels
- Resolve customer technical requests or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of multiple tech support systems and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective issue resolution and communication

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year or more of technical support/troubleshooting experience
- Experience with voice, chat, text, email, and other non-verbal platforms
- Strong product knowledge of multiple tech support systems and problem-solving skills
- Ability to connect with customers using verbal and written communication
- Great written communication skills, including grammar and spelling
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong leadership and cognitive skills, including decision-making and problem-solving
