**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent, high paced, personalized support to our users and partners, while understanding their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Investigate technical issues, identify, reproduce and report bugs to the development team until resolution.
- Serve as the liaison between our customers and the product team, while gathering customers’ feedback and feature requests to shape and improve our product.
**What You Must Have**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and attention to both small details and the macro view.
- Fast learning capabilities and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong interest and knowledge of trading and the crypto industry.
**Nice to Have**
- Relevant professional experience in the Customer Support field.
- Already a Cornix user.
