Tasks

Identify the user and system's requirements.
Organize and prioritize the development of each project or task.
**Requirements**:
Proficiency in English (B2-C1)
Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or equivalents.
Experience with ZenDesk/FreshDesk or other ticketing system
