IT Support Specialist

Do you thrive serving a diverse group of small business clients and solving their IT issues? If so, we want to hear from you. TheCompuLab, a Managed Service Provider, is looking for a talented Technical Support/Help Desk to provide technical support to our customers, troubleshooting hardware/software related issues and receiving and processing tickets remote.

About the position:
In addition to troubleshooting hardware and software issues, you will also be responsible for handling basic issues with servers, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, and network devices.

Key accountabilities:
Respond, manage and resolve tier I support tickets and customers’ requests in a timely fashion.

Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.

Communicate with customers in a professional way, explain solutions, answer questions and provide professional advice.

Provide remote support for: Applications, Network devices, Basic Windows server in a domain environment issues, Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.

Troubleshoot remote access solutions such as VPN and Terminal Services/RDS.

Utilize our documentation platform (IT Glue) to create internal processes documents, knowledge base articles and documents our clients’ networks.

Participate in the analysis, administration, maintenance and implementation of network firewalls, switches, serves and other network equipment.

Help monitor our customers’ networks and respond to alerts.

Basic Office 365 administration and changes to Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and other office 365 implementations and troubleshooting.

Utilize our remote management tools to perform work on customer environments & troubleshoot system alerts.

Communicate with customers & team management as required; keep them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.

Actively collaborate with our team to enhance processes and procedures.

**Skills and Experience**:
3+ years of experience in information technology.

Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & Office 365

Basic knowledge of networking devices

**Salary**: $7,000,000 - $10,000,000 COP per month
