Right now, we are looking for a** Service Desk Analyst** to join our Team You will be the key person for solving any technical difficulty which may arise and support our Globers.
- You will get the chance to:_- Two years of experience-
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically-
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues-
- Advise users on appropriate action-
- Follow standard help desk procedures-
- Redirect problems to correct resource-
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention-
- Be up to date with system information, changes and updates-
- Be Security oriented- What you will need to succeed_- Customer service orientation-
- Problem-solving-
- Problem analysis-
