El Service Sales Engineer tiene como misión gestionar los recursos asignados para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes, promoviendo la venta de todos los productos de servicio asignados de GEA. Reporta al Jefe de Servicio del País y es responsable de las ventas de servicios dentro del grupo de productos o clúster de aplicaciones asignado en el país.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
- Trabajar con el Jefe de Servicio del País y las Unidades de Negocio (BAs) para afinar la estrategia de ventas de servicios.
- Coordinar el desarrollo de la estrategia de ventas de servicios dentro del país.
- Colaborar con las actividades de ventas de servicios dentro del grupo de productos o clúster de aplicaciones definido, asignando recursos y priorizando iniciativas.
- En colaboración con el Jefe de Servicio del País, acordar el presupuesto anual de ventas de servicios.
- Coordinar la planificación, previsión y reporte de ventas de servicios.
- Asegurar el compromiso de los empleados mediante una comunicación efectiva de la estrategia y visión de ventas de servicios.
- Trabajar junto con los jefes de ventas de equipos del país para asegurar un enfoque coordinado de ventas.
- Trabajar en conjunto con las áreas de logística, supply y finanzas para asegurar que los pedidos de los clientes.

Your profile and qualifications:
¿Qué educación, conocimiento y experiência necesitas?
- Título universitario en uno de los principales campos de la ingeniería.
- Manajo de ERP SAP
- Familiaridad con algunos o todos los servicios ofrecidos por GEA (Deseable no excluyente).
- Conocimiento del mercado local.
- Excelente comunicador, tanto escrito como verbal, capaz de trabajar con individuos (internos y externos) en una amplia gama de níveles, funciones, marcas y culturas.
- Capaz de implementar un plan estratégico de ventas de servicios.
- Profesional con al menos 3 años de experiência relevante en ventas o servicio al cliente.
- Experiência en ventas de equipos industriales o servicios.
