Nuestra compañía fue fundada en Mayo de 2019 por un equipo de personas increíbles y con una experiência única, el grupo de fundadores está conformado por los creadores de PayU Latam y otras empresas expertas en tecnología financiera. Estamos creando soluciones de pago para pequeñas y medianas empresas. Nuestro primer producto es un datáfono móvil que le permite a nuestros clientes recibir pagos con tarjetas de crédito y débito con ayuda de una aplicación:
- Android
- iOS
Como Sales Team Lead estarás a cargo de liderar el equipo comercial que realiza las vinculaciones de nuevos comercios de forma presencial de diferentes sectores económicos.
Responsabilidades del rol:
Establecer las estrategias comerciales para brindar la mejor asesoría a clientes de manera presencial.
Apoyar en la activación de datáfono y seguimiento a capacitación de su uso.
Identificar las oportunidades de mejora y ajustes en el equipo comercial.
Mantener y hacer seguimiento continuo a los reportes de ventas, pipelines, CRM y demás herramientas del área.
Planear el cronograma estratégico de capacitación y motivación para el equipo de ventas.

Gestión de metas, indicadores y objetivos.
Manejo ofimático intermedio avanzado.
Orientación a la capacitación de ejecutivos comerciales para potenciar sus capacidades y alcanzar metas comerciales.
