**Role Purpose**
The Sr. Manager Sales - Cali Region must manage to exceed sales objectives, through effective coaching to Executives and Commercial supervisors, promoting satisfactory service Standards for existing customers as well as increasing the customer base and sales value for the Channel, leading the team to correctly generate value to their processes that also allow the potencialization of business opportunities short and long term.
**Main Accountabilities**
- Coordinate the operations of the Sales department.
- Coordinates the activities of the sales department supervisors
- Design sales plans and strategies for new products.
- Coordinate Sales team activities to establish positive relationships among Sales team members.
- Establish sales goals and objectives, trying to keep them real and achievable.
- Develop new and innovative strategies to achieve clients
- Investigates and identifies sales opportunities, generating indicators and detecting potential clients.
- Meets with important clients and seeks out potential prospects.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience specifically in Sales Management positions.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate both leaders and staff to effectively translate philosophy and corporate goals.
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineer or Economics Sciences
- Master of Business Administration degree, could be an asset
- Ability to organize, manage, and administer sales activities across the region
- Excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing and in a business setting
- Fully bilingual (English - Spanish).
- Ability to work under extreme pressure.
- Organizational and high-level planning skills.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of computerized systems.
