**Tecpetrol Colombia S.A.S.** busca un(a) profesional en Ingeniería de Petróleos con especialización deseable en temas relacionados con la Perforación de pozos. Con mínimo 10 años de experiência en el área en la industria petrolera (preferiblemente en campo), para desempeñarse como **Drilling Company Representative - **Supervisor/a de Perforación **en campo (Puerto Gaitán, Meta) con esquemas de turno.

Sus principales tareas/funciones serán:

- Supervisar a las empresas contratistas y subcontratistas en los proyectos y actividades de Perforación de la operación de Tecpetrol.
- Preparar y realizar control primario de los partes diarios y cargos del Open Wells y otros sistemas de Tecpetrol.
- Hacer seguimiento diario a las operaciones, aportando operacionalmente y consolidando verazmente la información.
- Hacer seguimiento a los costos incurridos en la operación, asegurando el cumplimiento del presupuesto establecido.

Se requieren conocimientos en equipos de torre, control de pozos, servicios asociados a la perforación, gestión de proyectos y en gestión administrativa. Manejo avanzado del paquete Office.
