The Functionary partners with retailers, OEMs, and distributors to provide support solutions to customers needing help with customer support, e-commerce operations, setup, connectivity, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, and cloud services. The Functionary has handled over 5 million support requests, delivering market leading customer satisfaction scores, to empower customers to get the help they need when they need it.

**Summary of the position**

A Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with customers to handle inquiries, complaints, and provide information about products and services. They are the primary point of contact between a company and its customers, and they play a critical role in ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Answering customer inquiries: Customer Service Representatives are responsible for answering customer questions and providing information about products, services, and company policies. They must be knowledgeable about the company's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Resolving customer complaints: When customers have complaints or concerns, Customer Service Representatives are responsible for addressing them and finding a resolution that satisfies the customer. They must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Processing orders and returns: Customer Service Representatives may be responsible for processing customer orders and returns, including verifying customer information, processing payments, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintaining customer records: Customer Service Representatives are responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, including contact information, purchase history, and any other relevant information.
- Handling customer feedback: Customer Service Representatives may be responsible for collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or customer service processes.
- Providing exceptional customer service: Customer Service Representatives must provide exceptional customer service at all times, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills: Customer Service Representatives must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Problem-solving skills: Customer Service Representatives must be able to effectively solve problems and find solutions that satisfy the customer.
- Attention to detail: Customer Service Representatives must be detail-oriented and able to accurately record and maintain customer information.
- Time management skills: Customer Service Representatives must be able to prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Customer service experience: Previous experience in customer service is often preferred, as it provides a foundation for understanding customer needs and expectations.
- Knowledge of computer systems: Customer Service Representatives must be comfortable using computer systems and software to enter and retrieve customer information and process orders and returns.

**Work Hours: Tuesdays - Saturdays 11 am - 8 pm only for 3 months**

**Office Location: GUAYABAL, Carrera 50 FF 8 Sur 27, Edificio 808, near to the Metro station Aguacatala. Reference points Universidad de Antioqua Posgrados**
