- Position Overview:_
- Responsibilities:_
- _Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales and revenue growth._
- _Understand client needs and requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their objectives._
- _Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and management, to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction._
- _Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients._
- _Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new business opportunities._
- _Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge._
- _Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company._
- Requirements:_
- _Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the maritime or logistics industry._
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients._
- _Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment._
- _Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering results._
- _Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software._
- _Willingness to travel as required._
- _English (B2+)_
- Salary_
- _2.000.000 to 3.000.000 plus commissions_
