**Travod is an international, fast-growing translation agency based in the UK, making information accessible worldwide for over 6000 brands in 120+ languages every day.**
**YOUR ROLE**:Identify new business opportunities in the US and convert them into long-term collaboration.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Reach to more key-decision makers via different channels (mass mail, LinkedIn, calls, ask for recommendations, etc.);
- Develop a strong pipeline through self-generated leads and prospecting;
- Research and identify the customers’ needs and position Travod as a compelling solution;
- Develop commercial offerings, client proposals, and presentations in collaboration with the delivery team;
- Negotiate the best terms and onboard new clients;
- Ensure excellent customer service
- handle promptly any complaints;
- Act as Account Manager for the first 12 months for new accounts with the goal of expanding revenue;
- Follow industry trends internationally.
**WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT FOR THIS ROLE**:
- Proven work experience in sales, business development, marketing or related fields (at least 2 years);
- Advanced communication skills in English. Ability to build rapport;
- Ability to engage in social selling and build a strong social network across various platforms, such as LinkedIn. Act as an advocate for the company;
- Strong negotiation skills.
