**Responsabilidades del Rol**:
Como Business Development Manager para la marca **Cisco Systems** en TD Synnex, serás responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales que impulsen el crecimiento del segmento de pequeñas y medianas empresas **(SMB)**. Trabajarás de cerca con equipos internos y socios estratégicos para identificar oportunidades de mercado, optimizar los procesos de ventas y maximizar los ingresos. Este rol es fundamental para ampliar la cobertura y presencia de Cisco en la región.

**Responsabilidades Clave**:

- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de negocio enfocadas en el segmento SMB para la marca Cisco.
- Colaborar con equipos internos y socios para identificar oportunidades de mercado y generar nuevas oportunidades de ventas.
- Monitorear y analizar el desempeño del mercado y la competencia, proponiendo ajustes en las estrategias comerciales.
- Coordinar con el equipo de Cisco y otros stakeholders para garantizar el alineamiento con las metas comerciales.
- Participar en la planificación y ejecución de actividades de marketing y eventos para promover los productos y soluciones de Cisco.

**Requisitos**:

- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en roles de desarrollo de negocio, ventas o estrategia, preferiblemente en el sector tecnológico.
- Experiência previa trabajando con marcas de tecnología, como **Cisco, Microsoft, Google, o en el ámbito de servicios en la nube (cloud services).**:

- Habilidades comprobadas en planificación estratégica y ejecución de planes de ventas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
- Inglés avanzado, capaz de comunicarse efectivamente en un entorno internacional.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo, con un enfoque proactivo y orientado a resultados.
