Sobre el rolContribuir en el desarrollo y crecimiento de las marcas del portafolio de nutricion (Rutina+Confort) en la region Andina, apoyando los procesos internos y trabajando en conjunto con las diferentes áreas comerciales y de soporte de la compañia; a fin de lograr la mejor ejecución de las estrategias de marketing que permitan aumentar la rentabilidad y participación de mercado.
Tus responsabilidades- Apoyar en la ejecucion del plan anual del negocio buscando conseguir los resultados esperados en función de los KPIS financieros/rentabilidad del mercado y negocio.
- Ejecutar en conjunto con el equipo de medical marketing, MSF, Trade, E-comm y agencia, planes de accion/campañas que busquen incrementar los indicadores del negocio.
- Apoyar y liderar el seguimiento y ejecucion de proyectos de innovaciones y no innovación en fórmulas y/o nuevos productos o marcas en coordinación con áreas regionales de soporte (creación de códigos, artes)
- Desarrollar y hacer seguimiento de Master Files (reportes mensuales de ventas de las marcas)
- Realizar el seguimiento del presupuesto para asegurar el cumplimiento del mismo
- Análisis de información de mercado para proponer planes de acción (detectar bricks de decrecimiento, gramajes, planes de acción, entre otros)
- Hacer trabajo de campo, de forma regular, con con el fin de: 1) Proponer planes de acción para las marcas; 2) Analizar acciones de la competencia; 3) Correcta ejecución de la estrategia de las marcas en punto de venta
- Título Universitario en Marketing, Administración o similares.
- Manejo avanzado del paquete office ( excel, powepoint, word).
- Experiencia como asistente o analista de Marketing / Trade / ventas o apoyo a áreas comerciales.
- Nivel de inglés: avanzado
