Como Ingeniero de preventa realizaras el Diseño y generación de propuestas técnicas del negocio, así como soporte y presentación de la arquitectura de la solución para Dell

Responsabilidades
  • Visita a clientes para conocer la necesidad técnica.
  • Diseño y estructura de la propuesta preventa como soporte para el área comercial.
  • Implementación de la solución.
  • Contacto con los fabricantes evaluar nuevos productos y conocimiento del mismo.Tomar las certificaciones requeridas para el desempeño adecuado del rol y la respuesta oportuna de los requerimientos asignados
  • Realizar la capacitación a los canales de acuerdo con el producto y brindar soporte en la implementacion de la solución
Lo que estamos buscando:
  • Nivel académico requerido: Profesional en Ingenieria de Sistemas o Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica o afines
  • Conocimientos/habilidades IT, certificados técnicos o entrenamientos específicos
  • Años de experiencia total: Mínimo 3 años
  • cargos ocupados, areas, rol Ingeniero de soporte, consultoria en preventa o ingeniero preventa
  • Sector deseable: Tecnología
  • Conocimientos o Habilidades: Diseño propuestas comerciales - Conocimiento básico en networking - Conocimiento bases de datos - Conocimiento en gerencia y gestión de proyectos - Conocimiento en swiches o comunicaciones integradas de acuerdo al fabricante.
  • Competencias: Orientación a los resultados - Comunicación - Impacto e influencia comercial – Proactividad Capacidad de organización, Estructuración.
