Objective:
Enhance the company's sales performance through strategic leadership and effective management of the sales process, particularly in high-ticket, long sales cycle environments
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies that effectively engage international clients. Manage and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Maintain high levels of integrity and diversity within the team. Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring high standards of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, particularly with high-ticket items and long sales cycles. Experience in managing diverse and high-performing sales teams. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
