Nuestro cliente, una empresa de soluciones tecnológicas, está buscando un
"Sales Manager" para unirse al equipo en Bogotá, Colombia.

El objetivo de la posición es liderar la gestión de búsqueda de nuevos clientes, a través de estrategias y metodologías de proceso de ventas, con el propósito de aumentar la participación de la compañía en el mercado y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.


Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar, planificar, implementar y controlar la puesta en marcha de la estrategia comercial orientada a la venta de los servicios de la compañía.
  • Buscar, identificar y analizar oportunidades de negocios principalmente a través de referidos y otros mecanismos definidos.
  • Mejorar las herramientas involucradas en la función de venta, tales como presentaciones corporativas, propuestas comerciales, estructura de contratos.
  • Mantener relaciones de colaboración con clientes, colaboradores, socios estratégicos, partner
  • Coordinar con las diversas áreas de trabajo, todas aquellas acciones comerciales conducentes a satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.
  • Desarrollar estrategias y acciones de mejoramiento permanente de los procesos de su área/unidad.

Requerimientos:

años de experiência en venta consultiva en el sector de TI;

  • Titulado: Ingeniería Comercial, Industrial o carreras afines;
  • Deseable: Postgrado en temáticas relacionadas con la función de ventas;
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office;
  • Conocimientos de TI (telecomunicaciones, call/contact center).
