Manager, Fp&a

Elder Care Homecare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Manager, FP&A.

We are a private pay homecare agency servicing New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts and have further expansion planned in the near future.
This is a remote role based in Cartagena, Colombia.

As the
Manager, FP&A, you will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling and be able to help us drive informed decision making and achieve overall financial objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Financial reporting and forecasting in relation to company goals and financial targets
• Expense management tracking
• Payroll support experience
• Company Payables process and execution
• Creation and oversight of budget
• Creation and maintaining of company KPI dashboards
• Calculating and paying sales commissions
• Assisting with Insurance as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance with a focus on FP&A
• Previous experience working for a USbased organization
• Previous experience working in the healthcare or homecare industry
• Strong technology, analytical, and communication skills
• Previous experience in public accounting is highly valued
