Sr. Facilities Manager (Clúster)

Perfil:

  • Ingeniería, Arquitectura, o afín.
  • Inglés Avanzado.
  • Al menos 4 años de experiência en posición similar.
  • Experiência en administración de múltiples funciones de operaciones y mantenimiento de edificios para una instalación, campus o cartera de edificios.

Funciones:

  • Coordinar, supervisar y / o administrar las tareas de reparación y mantenimiento realizadas por técnicos, proveedores y contratistas que realizan trabajos de mantenimiento de edificios (Hard and Soft Services).
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones positivas con los clientes.
  • Elaboración de reportes e indicadores del negocio.
  • Liderar y motivar a los gerentes y empleados minoristas en múltiples sitios.
  • Establecimiento de objetivos de ventas e indicadores clave de rendimiento.
  • Actuar como enlace entre los gerentes clúster y la alta dirección.
  • Apoyo en los procesos de selección y formación.
  • Planeación y Administración del presupuesto.
  • Seguimiento a ejecución de ordenes de trabajo.
  • Responsables del rendimiento de los grupos de clústeres. Supervisar las ventas, las finanzas y la dotación de personal de un clúster minorista a nível local, estatal o nacional.
