About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Emapta Latam. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting tasks, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Statement Preparation
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping
    • Oversee day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
    • Accurately input financial data into accounting software.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards.
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
    • Deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
