Facilities Support Role

JLL is committed to empowering its employees to shape a brighter future for the real estate industry. As a Facilities Support professional, you will play a critical role in managing site operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety, environmental, and risk management policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sourcing team and area/site managers in vendor contract procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety, environment, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as fitness, food services, security, and capital projects.
  • Assist the site and area manager in implementing short and long-term projects for clients.
  • Update and maintain accurate records and official documentation for sites, including web pages.
  • Maintain and propose emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and environmental health and safety.
  • Support the Safety Team with government permits, such as civil protection.
  • Act as a point of contact between landlords, users, and Facility Managers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and manage client relationships to ensure expected service levels are achieved. Comply with client contract requirements and meet or exceed key performance indicators. Deliver exceptional quality of service to clients, as reflected by client feedback. Support the implementation of innovative programs and processes that reduce short and long-term operating costs and increase productivity.
  • Finance Management/Cost Control/Profitability: Assist the area/site manager in achieving or exceeding financial targets and key performance indicators. Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for sites. Manage vendor purchase orders, invoices, and payments. Help develop and approve the annual capital plan for each building, interfacing closely with clients.
  • Leadership/Staff Management: Lead, manage, develop, and supervise a professional, friendly, creative, energetic, and detail-oriented team in delivering extraordinary events. Provide excellent onboarding, training, and team building. Actively support an environment of teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence, and personal success. Participate in individual performance management programs and personal development planning for team members. Align with facilities leadership teams as a manager and act in a manager capacity for site operations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Intermediate to Advanced English communication level.
  • Knowledge of local critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services.
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (computer room air-conditioning, chiller system, fire protection system, mechanical & electrical system) is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn a range of information technology tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations.
  • Self-motivated; confident, energetic, and flexible.
