Descripción del empleo

El Customer Success Senior debe ejecutar y liderar las acciones necesarias para garantizar el éxito a largo plazo de los clientes empresariales en el segmento de clínicas. Ademas, proporcionar una excelente experiencia postventa, maximizando la adopción y uso del marketplace. Trabajar directamente con los clientes para ofrecer incorporación, integración, educación y documentación, asegurando así la máxima satisfacción y valor de su inversión

Funciones:

Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes empresariales del segmento de clínicas, actuando como su principal punto de contacto. Capacitar a los clientes en el uso efectivo de la herramienta, proporcionando orientación personalizada y asesoramiento sobre cómo potenciar sus perfiles. Guiar a los clientes en la incorporación y la integración de la herramienta, asegurando un proceso sin problemas y una adopción exitosa. Proporcionar asesoramiento estratégico sobre cómo maximizar el retorno de inversión (ROI) de DocPlanner, identificando y promoviendo las mejores prácticas. Realizar un seguimiento regular con los clientes para garantizar el uso correcto de la herramienta y resolver cualquier problema o pregunta que puedan tener. Establecer y mantener procesos eficientes para optimizar la relación con el cliente y garantizar su éxito a largo plazo.

Requisitos

Mínimo 3 de experiencia en roles de atención al cliente; se prefiere experiencia en software/SaaS. Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Habilidades para resolver problemas y analíticas, aptitud técnica y capacidad para aprender programas de software. Gestionar proyectos de manera efectiva y crear planes organizados que aseguren el éxito del cliente después de la incorporación. Experiencia trabajando con equipos multifuncionales (por ejemplo, Ventas, Producto, Soporte). Ingles B2
