About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager Senior Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with customers to drive sustainable growth and adoption of our Business Technology Platform (BTP) services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to develop and execute joint outcome-based plans to increase consumption of BTP services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical decision-makers to ensure alignment with SAP's Intelligent Enterprise strategy.
  • Engage customers to activate their initial adoption, promote retention, and foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage assets of the SAP BTP engagement model.
  • Provide recommendations and prepare customers to make the best use of the solution, in alignment with SAP's strategy and roadmap.
  • Act as a voice of the customer to internal SAP stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various groups, including Cloud Success Services life-cycle relevant centers of experts, Account Teams, Pre-sales, Product Management groups, Support, Services, and Partners.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in areas such as Software Engineering, Solution Management, Project/Product Management, Project Implementation, Pre-sales, Technical Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Proactive Support Services, or Consulting.
  • Foundational knowledge of public cloud platforms (PaaS) and providers.
  • Excellent understanding of one or more areas of the SAP BTP portfolio: SAP BTP Extension and Integration Suite, Cloud Databases, Cloud Data Management, Analytics Cloud Solutions.
  • Professional experience with implementing cloud initiatives.
  • Multi-lingual skills are a plus, depending on the region.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Professional Training & Certification

  • Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodology is a plus.
