Your Role:As part of our team, you will be instrumental in onboarding new clients and addressing their concerns. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through our established best practices, troubleshooting any challenges they encounter, and collaborating with our team to enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct personalized onboarding sessions with our premium clients.
- Facilitate live training webinars weekly, showcasing how to effectively utilize our platform and implement best practices in Cold Email Outreach.
- Minimize customer attrition through impactful onboarding strategies.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional and efficient manner.
- Diagnose customer issues and escalate complex problems to our development team.
- Deliver exceptional service that surpasses customer expectations.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer onboarding or support roles.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Empathetic, organized, motivated, and dedicated to assisting customers.
- Preferred: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Proficient in English (C1+ level).
- Availability to work in EST or CST time zones.
- This is a full-time remote position requiring 40+ hours of work per week, Monday through Friday.
