Your Role:

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they effectively utilize our platform. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients to facilitate their success using our established best practices while addressing any challenges they may encounter. Additionally, you will collaborate with our internal teams to relay customer feedback, identify pain points, and suggest areas for enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct tailored onboarding sessions with our premium clients.
  • Facilitate live training webinars weekly, covering the effective use of our platform and best practices in Cold Email Outreach.
  • Minimize customer turnover through impactful onboarding experiences.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email.
  • Diagnose customer issues and escalate complex problems to our development team.
  • Deliver exceptional service that surpasses customer expectations.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer onboarding or support roles.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Empathetic, organized, motivated, and passionate about assisting customers.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
Additional Information:
  • Proficient in English (C1+ level).
  • Availability to work within the EST or CST time zones.
  • This is a full-time remote position requiring a commitment of 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday.
