Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: 1500 USD + Commissions

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 2_30 PM (EST)

Client Overview:

Sagan represents a company looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join their moving division. This role involves handling sales for both residential and commercial clients. With more than 9 out of 10 leads being hot leads from their website or direct customer calls, this position does not require cold calling. Their high lead-to-close ratio provides an excellent opportunity for a skilled salesperson to thrive. The ideal candidate will be cheery, positive, and motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries from both residential and commercial clients.
  • Convert hot leads from our website and direct calls into closed sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and refine sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills.

Software Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Gmail, and Google Calendar.
  • General computer literacy and the ability to learn and adapt to new software.
  • We will provide training on our CRMs and phone system.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in basic software tools and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Proficiency in Notion, with the ability to set up workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
