Join TD SYNNEX Colombia LTDA as a Sales Operations Specialist. In this role, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks, including inventory management, allocation assessments, order prioritization, and management of pending orders. This position is crucial for upholding the efficiency of our sales order processes and service level agreements (SLAs), allowing our sales teams to concentrate on activities that drive revenue and improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input orders into the system accurately.
  • Review and verify that orders comply with established criteria.
  • Communicate with sales teams for order evaluations, status updates, or further details.
  • Analyze and validate open orders, making decisions regarding cancellations when necessary.
  • Oversee electronic orders, resolve issues, and ensure the prompt processing of orders that are delayed.
  • Update orders with priority designations to facilitate timely processing in the first-in-first-out queue.
  • Assess inventory and determine availability and allocation for orders.
  • Manage inventory for customer orders pending confirmation.
  • Analyze order patterns and offer insights to the sales team to minimize adverse effects on business and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate product availability against orders and provide feedback and suggestions to the sales team.
  • Inform sales teams and management of necessary actions and make decisions regarding usage code modifications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to attendance and punctuality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English (level B1 or higher) is required.
  • Ability to gather and analyze research data from multiple sources and recommend suitable actions.
  • Skills in conflict resolution to ensure productive outcomes.

Experience:

Education & Certifications:
