Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and via email.

Duties

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Provide support and guidance on products or services
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette at all times
  • Sending documents and following up on requests.
  • Providing administrative support related to commercial insurance policies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service role is preferred
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers effectively
  • Knowledge of client services and customer support principles
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with data entry processes is a plus
  • Fluent Spanish.
  • Personal computer and stable internet connection.

Job Conditions:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Texas time).
  • Modality: 100% remote (work from home).
  • Position type: Full-time.
  • Initial salary of $1,800,000 it will be increase after the 60 days probation period.
