Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and via email.
Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Process payments and handle cash transactions when necessary
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Provide support and guidance on products or services
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette at all times
- Sending documents and following up on requests.
- Providing administrative support related to commercial insurance policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers effectively
- Knowledge of client services and customer support principles
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with data entry processes is a plus
- Fluent Spanish.
- Personal computer and stable internet connection.
Job Conditions:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Texas time).
- Modality: 100% remote (work from home).
- Position type: Full-time.
- Initial salary of $1,800,000 it will be increase after the 60 days probation period.
