Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a
Customer Service Representative
based in Medellín and Barranquilla, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. You will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns promptly, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and delivering a positive overall experience to every client. Working closely with the team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong understanding of Customer Experience and the ability to enhance it
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to resolve customer inquiries
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
