Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for inquiries, appointments, and patient reactivation.
  • Provide bilingual support (English and Spanish) with professionalism and care.
  • Document call details accurately and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
  • Call center experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Healthcare or dental experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Must have a computer, headset, and reliable internet connection.
