You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records in the customer management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume inbound customer calls and email support
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and technical support
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards while effectively resolving client issues
  • Perform administrative and data entry tasks, ensuring information is accurately logged in the system
  • Utilize CRM or ATS platforms (such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar tools) to manage customer accounts and interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex service issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment
  • Experience with data entry and administrative procedures
  • Proficient in using CRM, ATS, or customer management platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer requests effectively
