Fulfillment Hub USA is a fast-growing logistics and 3PL company providing warehousing, shipping, and fulfillment services for e-commerce, B2B, and retail businesses. We are expanding our team in Miami and looking for a motivated professional to support our clients and operations.
Job Summary
We are hiring a Logistics Customer Service Representative to manage client relationships and support daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate has proven experience in logistics, fulfillment, or 3PL environments, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding logistics, shipping, and warehousing services.
- Provide timely updates on orders, shipments, and inventory status.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Resolve issues related to shipments, delays, or inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and WMS systems.
- Support onboarding of new clients and explain processes clearly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service and logistics workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within logistics, 3PL, or supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing, shipping, and fulfillment processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Experience with CRM or WMS platforms preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
