Descripción del cargo
Responsable de diseñar e implementar estrategias para mantener activos, segmentar, educar y reactivar a los leads que aún no han sido ubicados en una vacante. Este rol es clave para garantizar que ningún talento se pierda en el proceso.
Responsabilidades clave
Diseñar y operar estrategias de nurturing y reactivación para leads inactivos o en espera.
Segmentar dinámicamente la base de datos según idioma, perfil, habilidades, geografía, comportamiento e interés.
Activar campañas automatizadas multicanal (WhatsApp, Email, SMS) para acompañar al lead en su preparación.
Implementar sistemas de lead scoring basado en readiness, interacción y afinidad con vacantes.
Reactivar candidatos descartados o inactivos en distintas etapas del funnel (marketing, sourcing, TA, post-ubicación).
Coordinar con equipos de marketing, sourcing y recruiting para reutilizar talento disponible.
Medir y reportar la efectividad de campañas, engagement, conversión y volumen de leads reactivados.
