We're Hiring SEO & Paid Media Specialist

We're looking for an
SEO & Paid Media Specialist
to join our team — someone who loves turning insights into impact through smart campaigns and data-driven decisions.


What You'll Do

  • Lead
    SEO and content performance audits
    to boost visibility and reach.
  • Analyze metrics across
    Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4)
    to understand traffic behavior and opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize
    Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns
    to maximize ROI and minimize lead cost.
  • Bridge
    organic and paid strategies
    , ensuring consistent growth and stronger conversions.
  • Prepare
    monthly performance reports
    with actionable insights and optimization plans.
  • Stay up to date with
    algorithm updates
    and digital marketing best practices.
  • Collaborate with
    designers and content creators
    to align visuals and content for maximum performance.


What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in
    SEO, digital marketing, or paid media
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and GA4
    .
  • Strong grasp of key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates).
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
  • English level
    B1 or above
    (able to understand technical docs and write reports).
