Position Overview:

  • Title: Lead Generation Specialist
  • Work Model: Hybrid - Medellín (2 on-site days weekly)
  • Hours: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Salary Range: USD $800-$900/month + individual performance commission plan

Role Description:

This position is exclusively focused on identifying and qualifying business opportunities through outbound calling. You'll conduct initial customer contact, gather comprehensive product and order information, and prepare qualified leads for handoff to our sales team for quoting and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound calls to prospects from internal database
  • Conduct discovery conversations to identify client needs
  • Collect detailed product specifications and order requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM system
  • Ensure leads are complete before sales team transfer
  • Collaborate with sales team to optimize lead conversion
  • Maintain professionalism throughout all client interactions
  • Meet established lead generation targets

Required Qualifications:

  • English proficiency B2+ or higher with demonstrated conversational ability - daily client conversations require strong, natural English communication
  • Strong interest or enthusiasm for sales development
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude with high initiative
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently in dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Experience is valued but not mandatory. We prioritize communication skills, learning ability, and genuine interest in sales over previous experience.

Compensation Package:

  • Base salary: USD $800-$900 monthly
