LEADS GENERATION SPECIALIST

Ubicación: Colombia (todas las ciudades con sedes) – Preferiblemente Medellín

Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial (no negociable)

Horario: Lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. (hora EST)

Resumen del Rol

Como Gerente de Generación de Leads, tendrás un rol estratégico en el crecimiento del negocio, liderando la demanda de clientes potenciales a través de campañas digitales efectivas. Serás responsable de guiar al equipo de Traffickers Digitales, asegurando que las campañas cumplan con los objetivos del cliente y los estándares de la agencia.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de generación de demanda utilizando medios pagos, SEO y marketing de contenidos.
  • Supervisar al equipo de Traffickers para garantizar la calidad de las campañas y la efectividad en la generación de leads.
  • Colaborar con el equipo directivo para alinear las estrategias con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de prueba para optimizar el rendimiento de las campañas.
  • Analizar datos de campañas para identificar tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Brindar mentoría y apoyo al desarrollo profesional del equipo de Traffickers.
  • Gestionar relaciones con clientes e identificar nuevas oportunidades comerciales.

Requisitos

  • Más de 2 años de experiencia en marketing digital, enfocado en generación de demanda.
  • Experiencia comprobada liderando equipos y gestionando campañas.
  • Conocimiento profundo de plataformas como Google Ads, Meta Ads y LinkedIn Ads.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de comunicación.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos en entornos dinámicos.
  • Perfil detallista, orientado a soluciones y resultados.
