Marketing Operations Specialist
Role Summary
The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing processes and systems, with a strong focus on HubSpot management. This role supports end-to-end operational activities—including lead scoring, routing, campaign setup, list management, and workflow optimization—to enhance efficiency and alignment across the marketing team

What you'll do

  • Ensure smooth execution of lead management processes, including lead scoring, lead routing, and workflows in HubSpot.
  • Support campaign setup, testing, uploading lists, and tracking within HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve operational efficiency and alignment.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for marketing campaigns and pipeline impact.
  • Track and analyse marketing KPIs, delivering actionable insights to optimize spend and ROI.
  • Manage data quality, segmentation, and enrichment across HubSpot.
  • Maintain HubSpot integrations and troubleshoot technical issues impacting performance.

You're a Great Fit If You

  • 2-4 years of experience in managing HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM.
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to streamline workflows and processes.
  • Understanding of lead lifecycle management and marketing-to-sales handoff best practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; HubSpot Marketing Automation and CRM.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable with data.
  • Very high proficiency in English.

Location: Medellín Colombia

Job Type: Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
