Lead Generation Specialist (AI-Driven)

About the Role

Sourcy is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to build and run high-performing outbound systems using intent signals, AI-driven workflows, and cold email infrastructure. This role requires hands-on technical execution and a proven ability to generate qualified B2B leads at scale for the U.S. market.

This position is strictly on-site in our Medellín office.

English fluency is mandatory due to direct work with U.S. leadership and U.S.-based clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage multichannel outbound campaigns using cold email, SMS, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Interpret and deploy intent signal data (AudienceLab, Bombora, LeadPost, or similar) to identify high-intent prospects.
  • Set up and optimize cold email infrastructure: DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warmup, sending rotation, and inboxing tests.
  • Deploy large-scale cold email campaigns using Instantly, Smartlead, SalesHandy, or comparable tools.
  • Implement lead enrichment, scoring, segmentation, and verification workflows.
  • Use AI tools for personalized outreach generation, lead scoring, and automated qualification.
  • Monitor deliverability performance, inbox placement, open rates, reply rates, and qualified lead output.
  • Work directly with leadership and Sourcy's AI engineering team to improve system efficiency and scale lead production.

Required Experience

Candidates must demonstrate real, hands-on experience in:

  • Lead generation using intent data and intent signals
  • Cold email systems and modern deliverability practices
  • High-volume outbound campaigns (20,000–100,000+ contacts per month)
  • Lead enrichment, data segmentation, and list cleaning
  • AI-assisted personalization and automation workflows
  • Analytics, KPI tracking, and continuous performance optimization

Minimum 3+ years in lead generation, demand generation, growth marketing, or outbound operations.

Required Skills

  • Fluent English (required) – written and spoken; this is non-negotiable.
  • Experience with Instantly, Smartlead, SalesHandy, Mailshake, or similar tools
  • Experience with intent platforms: AudienceLab, Bombora, LeadPost, or equivalents
  • Experience with enrichment tools: Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Strong understanding of DNS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, domain reputation, IP warmup
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or API webhooks
  • Comfortable managing large data sets and segmentation workflows

Performance Requirements

This is a results-driven role. The specialist must:

  • Produce consistent qualified leads that are verifiable and sellable
  • Achieve strong inboxing and deliverability metrics
  • Improve open rates, reply rates, and cost per lead
  • Optimize and scale outbound systems without damaging domain reputation

Mandatory Pre-Hire Evaluation

  • Cold email sending domain setup
  • Inboxing/deliverability testing
  • Writing and implementing a multi-step outbound sequence
  • Running a small live campaign and reporting the results
