Role Overview
This is a
commission-based remote sales position
handling 1–2 inbound leads per day. You will speak with prospects, understand their needs using full qualification data we provide, and close them on our SaaS service.
We provide training on the service, the niche, and the sales process.
Compensation
$100 USD per closed lead
No salary or benefits (performance-based role)
High earning potential for skilled closers
Responsibilities
- Engage and follow up with
inbound, pre-scheduled leads - Build trust, handle objections, and confidently close sales
- Use our scripts, tools, and qualification notes to guide calls
- Track conversations accurately and follow our process
- Provide feedback and growth suggestions — we value innovation
Technical Requirements
You
must have
all of the following:
- Computer or laptop
- Webcam (video calls required)
- High-quality microphone
- Strong, reliable internet connection (no lag)
- Flexible availability (1–2 leads/day, various times)
Experience Requirements
We
prefer applicants with:
- 1+ year of closing experience
(or strong inbound sales ability) - Experience managing leads and following a structured sales process
- Ability to mirror prospects, handle objections, and build urgency
Personal Requirements
- Fluent English (clear and natural speaking)
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail
- Disciplined mindset —
no depressant drug use - Ambitious and driven to make a serious income
