About the Role

We are seeking a
hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist
to design, build, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue. This is a role for a true operator — someone who thrives in building workflows, optimizing automation, and improving the systems that power modern marketing.

What You'll Do

Campaign Execution & Automation

  • Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, nurture, events, webinars, and digital channels.
  • Manage campaign workflows, lead routing, data sync, and integrations across marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Constant Contact, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Implement and manage UTM structures, campaign sourcing, scoring models, and database segmentation.
  • Scope project timelines and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.

Marketing Technology Ownership

  • Own and operate marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, ActiveCampaign, Zoho, or similar tools.
  • Ensure proper CRM integration, tracking, and attribution.
  • Build and maintain campaign dashboards and performance reporting.

Data & Insights

  • Oversee marketing data hygiene, enrichment, and segmentation.
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify optimizations and actionable insights.
  • Provide recommendations to improve conversion and engagement across the funnel.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Partner closely with demand generation, content, web, and sales teams to deliver cohesive go-to-market campaigns.
  • Improve campaign processes, documentation, and reporting accuracy.
  • Train and support marketing team members on automation workflows and campaign management best practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in marketing operations or campaign execution.
  • Proven hands-on experience building campaigns in platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Eloqua.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Experience designing lead nurturing flows, scoring models, and segmentation strategies.
  • Solid analytics skills with experience in reporting and performance optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks).
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit).
  • Background in SaaS or B2B tech environments.
