Virtual Assistant (Operations and Admin Support)

Location:

Remote - candidates located in time zones that overlap with Pacific Time are encouraged to apply.

Help run the day-to-day so the field team can focus on production.

Virtual Assistant

to take real ownership of admin + coordination tasks behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbox + calendar support (internal + customer follow-ups)
  • Create/organize documents, templates, and simple SOPs
  • Job/admin coordination: scheduling, confirmations, reminders
  • Data entry + keeping systems clean (spreadsheets/CRM/ATS as needed)
  • Light bookkeeping support (AR/AP coordination) if you have experience
  • "Chase the details" so nothing slips through cracks

Qualifications

  • Excellent written English (Spanish a plus)
  • Organized, proactive, and tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, spreadsheets)
  • Ability to manage recurring tasks + deadlines without being micromanaged
  • Strong discretion and professionalism (you'll see internal info)
  • Reliable internet + headset; able to overlap with Pacific Time hours

Pay & Benefits

  • Full-time position
  • This is a remote independent contractor position (not an employee role). Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and equipment.
  • Pay: $6 to $12 USD/hour (based on experience, English proficiency, and scope)
  • Reviews for rate increases as responsibilities expand
  • Stable hours with the potential to grow into a long-term role
  • Time-off flexibility available for long-term contractors (unpaid unless otherwise specified).
