At **Lawn N' Order Custom Landscape**, we create stunning outdoor spaces that blend beauty and functionality. From residential landscaping to commercial hardscaping, we bring visions to life with precision and expertise. Our team is passionate about delivering top-quality service and maintaining strong client relationships.

**What You'll Do**
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks and maintain records.
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
- Support project management tasks to keep business operations on track.

**What We're Looking For**
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with landscaping, construction, or home services industries is a plus

**Compensation**:

- Full time, fully remote position. Work from the comfort of your home on CST time.
- Competitive hourly rate $8 to $10 (USD) through UpWork. We pay for your UpWork fees and transfer fees twice a month.
