Are you a reliable, proactive virtual assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and communicates with confidence? **Bat City Builders**, a woman-owned high-end design-build company based in Austin, TX, is hiring a skilled **Virtual Assistant** to help drive day-to-day operations. **Bat City Builders** has been delivering high-end residential remodels and new builds across Austin for the last six years. Our projects are custom, client-focused, and quality-driven. While we remain a small and agile company, we operate with the systems and standards of a much larger firm. We're built on the values of honesty, trust, growth, and teamwork, and we're looking for someone who shares those same principles in their work.

This is a remote contractor role with flexible hours during Central Time business hours. You'll be responsible for managing leads, scheduling meetings, coordinating communications, and keeping digital systems organized. You'll work closely with company leadership and play a key role in ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer and manage incoming calls professionally
- Qualify new leads and input them into the CRM
- Schedule and coordinate Zoom meetings
- Manage inbox communication and follow-up tasks
- Maintain calendars and keep client information organized
- Use Microsoft 365, JobTread, and HubSpot daily
- Communicate clearly and take initiative without needing close supervision

**Qualifications**
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a virtual assistant, preferably supporting U.S.based businesses
- Fluent in English with clear, professional communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free work environment
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft 365, JobTread, and HubSpot
- Stable work history with references
- Honest, trustworthy, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

**Compensation and Work Structure**
- Full time position
- Paid vacations (United States national holidays)

- Flexible hours agreed in advance within Central Time
